To support its expanding warehouse operations in Dombivli, Maharashtra, we are hiring experienced and reliable Shift In-Charge professionals. The hiring is managed by FriendsJob, a trusted name in logistics, operations, and warehouse staffing across India.
Role Overview
As a Shift In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions during your shift. You will supervise a team of pickers, packers, and loaders, ensure order accuracy, manage stock levels, and uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior team leadership experience in logistics or warehousing and who are ready to advance in their careers with a fast-growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise shift operations: picking, packing, dispatch, and loading
Assign daily tasks and ensure their timely execution
Maintain order accuracy and meet shift performance targets
Track inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits
Conduct quality checks before order dispatch
Oversee loading/unloading and ensure proper product stacking
Address operational challenges, including stock or delivery delays
Enforce SOPs for safety and process consistency
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the warehouse
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse/logistics/shift supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Familiarity with WMS or warehouse inventory systems preferred
Physically fit and available for rotational/weekend shifts
Required Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook, Passport-size Photo
Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: ₹15,500/month
CTC: ₹19,000/month (Includes PF, ESI & Incentives)
