📝 Role Description
We have current openings for Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced logistics environment. 🔧 Primary Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or picking lists
Pack goods securely as per product guidelines and packaging protocols
Label and prepare shipments for dispatch and delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the warehouse floor
Assist in stock counts, restocking, and reporting damages
Strictly follow all safety and operational procedures
Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by supervisors
🎓 Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC)
Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
Physically fit to handle standing and moderate lifting
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Strong teamwork, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential
💼 Compensation & Perks
Fixed In-hand Salary: ₹13,500/month
Total CTC: ₹17,000/month (Including PF & ESI contributions)
🌙 Night Shift Overtime: ₹108/hour
