📌 Role Overview
The Picker/Packer will play a vital role in warehouse operations, ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and hygienically. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
📦 Accurately pick meat, seafood, and frozen items according to order specifications
📦 Pack products securely using approved materials to maintain freshness and quality

🔍 Conduct quality checks on items including expiry dates, labels, and packaging before dispatch
🤝 Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams for efficient order processing
📋 Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines at all times
✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Minimum education: 10th Pass
💪 Physically capable of working in cold storage environments
📱 Basic smartphone proficiency for order management and communication
📍 Must reside in or around Narayanpur
🕔 Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening)
📦 Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, packaging, or FMCG is advantageous
