Position Summary
FriendsJob is seeking an intelligent, ambitious, and innovative Marketing Manager to be based in Piparsand. The person will be responsible for increasing FriendsJob’s brand awareness, online presence, and lead generation through contemporary marketing strategies. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of internet marketing strategies, brand development, and campaign implementation, with practical experience in driving ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute online and offline brand promotion and lead generation marketing strategies.
Design and run campaigns on SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing channels.
Maintain FriendsJob’s website and social networks with consistent branding and quality content.
Coordinate with the sales team and recruitment team to link marketing objectives with business goals.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Develop and publish content such as blog articles, case studies, and marketing materials.
Follow competitors and recruitment industry trends to maintain FriendsJob at the forefront in terms of visibility.
Coordinate vendor management, event assistance, and offline brand campaigns in Piparsand /NCR as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
2–4 years of marketing experience, with a background in recruitment, HR tech, or a services industry.
Strong SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance-based advertising campaign skills.
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, and CRM platforms.
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Piparsand market and independent work in a fast-paced setting.
