Role Overview
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll manage field executives, give them daily tasks, track their progress, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work with managers, handle problems that come up on site, and keep senior teams informed regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch over and help field staff
- Give them daily jobs and routes to follow
- Keep track of who’s there and how much they’re getting done
- Make sure daily goals are met
- Work with managers and the reporting team
- Deal with simple problems that come up
- Keep daily records and update on work progress
- Follow the company’s rules and guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Age: 21 years or older
- Education: 12th standard or higher (graduates preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in field supervision or operations
- Skills: Working with teams, talking clearly, and organizing tasks
- Mobility: Able to travel within Jagatpura
- Smartphone: Needs an Android phone
