📌 Role Summary
The Picker/Packer is a key member of the warehouse team, responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in a cold-storage environment. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, dependable, and capable of working in temperature-controlled settings.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📦 Select meat, seafood, and frozen products according to order requirements
📦 Pack items securely to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit
🧼 Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas, especially cold storage
🔍 Perform routine quality checks for expiry dates, packaging, and labeling
🤝 Coordinate with supervisors and delivery staff for smooth operations
📋 Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs

🎓 Minimum education required: 10th Pass
💪 Must be physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage environments
📱 Basic knowledge of smartphones for handling order apps or internal communication
📍 Preference for candidates residing in or near Terva
🕔 Open to working in rotational shifts (morning/evening)
📦 Experience in warehousing, packaging, logistics, or FMCG is a plus
