📌 Role Overview
We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented Picker/Packers to support warehouse activities at our Sector 4, Gurugram location. This role involves handling fresh and frozen food items, picking and packing orders with accuracy, and maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🧊 Pick meat, seafood, and frozen products as per customer orders
📦 Pack goods securely using appropriate materials to preserve freshness
🧼 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in packing and cold storage areas
🔍 Check items for expiry dates, labeling accuracy, and quality
🤝 Collaborate with delivery staff and warehouse supervisors for timely dispatch
📋 Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with food safety regulations
✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Minimum Education: 10th Pass
💪 Physically fit and able to work in cold storage environments
📱 Basic smartphone skills to manage orders and communication
📍 Must be residing in or near Sector 4, Gurugram
🕔 Willingness to work in flexible shifts (morning/evening)
📦 Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, packaging, or FMCG is preferred
