Blinkit is hiring motivated individuals for the Picker/Packer role at our warehouse in Sector 76, Noida. This is a hands-on operational role suited for physically fit candidates who are ready to take on responsibility in a structured warehouse environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Pick items from racks accurately using app-based order details
📦 Pack goods safely and label them as per the dispatch guidelines
📲 Use handheld scanners to update inventory status
🧼 Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols inside the warehouse
🤝 Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
🎓 Eligibility Conditions:
📘 Education: Minimum 10th Pass
👥 Age Limit: 18–35 years
💪 Fitness: Should be physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting packages
🗣️ Language: Basic ability to understand instructions in Hindi or English
📂 Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not mandatory)
