Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 92, Gurgaon
Job Title – Picker / Packer (Blinkit)
Location: Sector 92, Gurgaon
Company: Blinkit (through a third-party manpower partner)
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll or Contractual
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (plus incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
Pick grocery and daily use items from stock according to customer orders through a mobile device or scanner
Pack items neatly in Blinkit delivery bags in a labeled manner
Verify items for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch
Support the dispatch team while handing over to delivery staff
Maintain a tidy working area and assist with basic inventory organization
Adhere to all safety regulations and hygiene procedures in the warehouse
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 10th Pass or 12th Pass (minimum qualification)
Experience: 0–6 months (warehouse or logistics exposure is an added advantage)
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Gender: Male only (according to present opening)
Documents Required:
Aadhar Card
PAN Card
Bank Passbook or Account Information
Police Verification (if required)
Shift & Work Details:
Shift Type: Rotational – Day & Night
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
Shift Duration: 8 to 12 hours depending upon demand and schedule
Employee Benefits:
Incentives up to ₹3,000 depending upon performance and attendance
ESI & PF according to labour standards
Paid overtime if entitled
