Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 92, Gurgaon
🧾 Job Title – Picker / Packer (Blinkit)
📍 Location: Sector 92, Gurgaon
🏢 Company: Blinkit (through a third-party manpower partner)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll or Contractual
💰 Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (plus incentives)
📌 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Pick grocery and daily use items from stock according to customer orders through a mobile device or scanner
📤 Pack items neatly in Blinkit delivery bags in a labeled manner
✅ Verify items for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch
🤝 Support the dispatch team while handing over to delivery staff
🧹 Maintain a tidy working area and assist with basic inventory organization
🛡️ Adhere to all safety regulations and hygiene procedures in the warehouse
👤 Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Education: 10th Pass or 12th Pass (minimum qualification)
📅 Experience: 0–6 months (warehouse or logistics exposure is an added advantage)
🔞 Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
👨💼 Gender: Male only (according to present opening)
📄 Documents Required:

⏰ Shift & Work Details:
🔁 Shift Type: Rotational – Day & Night
📆 Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
🕘 Shift Duration: 8 to 12 hours depending upon demand and schedule
