Job Title: Shift In-Charge – Warehouse & Logistics
Location: Ravet, Maharashtra
Company: Leading E-commerce & Supply Chain Firm
In-hand Salary: ₹15,500/month
Total CTC: ₹19,000/month (Including PF & ESI)

Key Responsibilities of a Shift In-Charge
Lead and coordinate daily operations including picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch
Supervise pickers, packers, loaders, and ensure task completion within the shift
Monitor shift-wise inventory levels and assist in physical stock audits
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment during each shift
Conduct quality control checks and enforce safety/hygiene standards
Handle shift scheduling, reporting delays, and resolving on-ground issues
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse managers for smooth workflow
Maintain compliance with SOPs and operational protocols
Candidate Profile
Educational Requirement: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience: 1+ years in warehouse/logistics/shift leadership
Good communication, team handling, and leadership skills
Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS knowledge is an advantage)
Physically fit; open to rotational, night, or weekend shifts
Must carry: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Passbook, Passport-size Photo
Salary & Benefits
Fixed In-hand Salary: ₹15,500/month
Gross CTC: ₹19,000/month (Includes PF & ESI)
